Clearing your browser cache and cookies

Problems accessing the library's online resources are often fixed by clearing your cache and cookies

Google Chrome

1) Open Chrome and click the button with the three dots in the top right.

 

2) Scroll down the menu and hover your move on "More Tools"

 

 

 

3)  Click Clear browsing data

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

4) Select the Basic screen

5) Set the time range to "All time"

6) Make sure all of the following options are ticked:

  • Browsing history 
  • Cookies and other site data
  • Cached images and files

7) Click “Clear data”.

8) Close Chrome and reopen it.
