Clearing your browser cache and cookies

Problems accessing the library's online resources are often fixed by clearing your cache and cookies

Safari (Apple)

1) Click "Safari" in the top left of your screen

 

2) Scroll down the drop-down menu and click on "Preferences".

 

3) Select the "Privacy" tab from the navigation bar that displays.

 

4) Click the "Remove all website data..." button.

 

5) Click "Remove now" in the pop-up window that displays.

 

6) Close Safari and reopen it.
