Troubleshooting

Most of the time accessing the library's online resources will be easy!  However, if you find you are having problems accessing a resource online here are some things you can try:

  • make sure you are trying to access the resource using links provided by the library, for example from the A-Z of Online Resources page or from a Multisearch search results page.

  • check you are using your IT Tralee username (T-Number) and password to log in. Your password is the same password you use to log in to your email and Blackboard accounts.  If you open your computer or device and find yourself automatically signed in, try logging out and signing in again (there may be an issue with cookies).

  • clear your browser cache and cookies - you can find instructions in our on how to do this in our Guide to clearing your cache and cookies.

  • try another browser

 

Report a problem

If you cannot access tthis database, please check that you are using the correct username and password.  

You can check this by looking at our Logging into Library Resources guide.

 If you still cannot login to the database or if the database is not working properly, please tell us about the problem.

The more information you provide, the easier it will be for us to identify and fix the problem.
