When you submit a search the database returns a list of items that match your search terms. Your search results page contains information about each item listed as well as tools to help you find the most useful results.
1. The database searched for ("electronic health records" OR EHR) AND privacy.
2. The search returned 1467 results.
3. By default, the results will be sorted in order of relevance. Click the arrow to the right of Relevance to see other options for sorting your results.
4. Use the quick filters below the search box to limit to your results. Depending on the device you are using you will see between 1 and 5 quick filters to choose from.
5. Click on the All filters button to see the complete list of filters available to use.
6. Item titles are displayed in bold, blue print.
7. You will see information about the publication and source type displayed above each item listed.
8. Read a summary about an item to quickly see if it is useful. Click Show more to view the full abstract.
9. Click on a subject link to see a list of items for that subject.
10. Click on an author name link to see more works by that author.
11. Source, date of publication and database information is shown for each item listed.
12. If the full text of an item is available, you will see an Access options, PDF or Online Full Text button below the item.
Click on an item's title link to open a Detailed Record for that item, where you will find more information about the item including;
