When searching MEDLINE Complete you can select MeSH headings and subheadings to add to your search. This allows you to make a more targeted search and is useful for finding more accurate and relevant results. To browse MeSH subject headings:

1. On the Advanced Search page, click the MEDLINE--MeSH tab below the search boxes.

2. Enter your keywords in the search box, select to display headings based on Relevancy ranking or Term begins with, and click the Magnifying glass.

3. Scroll down the results list, select any headings and sub-headings you want to add to your search and click Add to search. 

4..The MeSH subject headings and sub-headings will be added to your search. Click Search to run the search.
