Combining Searches

After you run several searches in the new EBSCOhost or EBSCO Discovery Service, you can use the Combine searches option in the Recent activity section to create a new search from them. If you're signed in to your MyEBSCO account, you can save your combined searches permanently in Saved searches or add them to a Project on your dashboard.

To combine searches:

1. After running multiple searches during your session, click Recent Activity under My dashboard.

2. Under Search History, check the boxes for the searches you want to combine and click the Combine search icon that appears at the top of the list.

3. Select how to combine the searches.

4. Your new search is added to the search box. Click the magnifying glass to run the search.
