Clearing your browser cache and cookies

Problems accessing the library's online resources are often fixed by clearing your cache and cookies

Microsoft Edge

1) Open Edge and click the button with the three dots in the top right.

 

2) Scroll down to the bottom of the drop-down menu and click on "Settings"

 

3) From the menu on the left of the page, click on "Privacy, search and services"

 

4) Under "Clear browsing data", click on the "Choose what to clear" button.

 

5) Set the time range to "All time"

 

6) Make sure that at least the following are selected:

  • Cookies and saved website data 
  • Cached data and files

 

7) Click "Clear now"

 

8) Close Microsoft Edge and reopen it.
