Clearing your browser cache and cookies

Problems accessing the library's online resources are often fixed by clearing your cache and cookies

Internet Explorer (Microsoft)

1) Click the gear icon in the top of the screen

 

2) Click "Internet options" in the drop-down menu.

 

3) In the section for "Browsing history", click the Delete button.

 

4) Make sure that at least the following are selected:

  • Temporary Internet files and website files 
  • Cookies and website data   

 

5) Click “Delete”.

6) close Internet Explorer and reopen it.
