With Advanced Search you can easily build a more targeted search.  To go to ACM Digital Library Advanced Search , click Advanced Search below the Basic Search box.

This opens the Advanced Search Options page.  Advanced Search uses filters to allow you to refine your search.

1. You can choose to search the ACM Full-Text Collection only, or also include the ACM Guide to Computing Literature

2. Enter your keywords in the search text box. Click the + (plus) icon to add more rows.

3. Select where within each article or other content you want to search.  

4. You can choose to add more content filters such as for terms related to article supplemental materials, general computing subject      area, publisher and more.

5. You can also limit your results to a publication date range.

6. When you have selected your search parameters, click Search.
